Dia for Windows

Hi

First of all, I would like to thanks the team for making such a great tool.

I just want to tell you a problem I had that involves Dia 0.95 for MS 
Windows:  it crashes upon starting under MS Windows when I set the 
Display Properties to 16 bits color.  It runs fine when I have the color 
set to 32-bit.

I find out that Dia 0.95 runs okay (for now, haven't tested thoroughly) 
even with 16-bit color with GTK+ 2.8.9 from 
http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.html, instead of 2.8.15 from Dia 
website.

So, I guess it's a problem with GTK and not Dia, but I want to post here 
to help others who might have the same problem.
