Seems the default in GTK is Shift-Space, at least according to a quick
Google search, though it's by no means decided. I'm willing to accept a
patch for Ctrl-space, though, just to add to the general confusion:) I
wasn't able to find anything that says what the default for GTK
applications ought to be, pointers anyone?
