End of feature freeze

It's about time for serious hacking to start happening again. After two
"brown bag" releases, things have been pretty quiet for a week now, so I
think we can call 0.92.2 a good release and start working towards 0.93.
Patches are heartily welcome (but see the patching guidelines on the
website). To all those who've sent patches previously that didn't make it
into 0.92, I haven't forgotten you. Once my dissertation has been turned
in (sometime next week), I shall start applying as fast as I can.

I'll also put out roadplans for the most important changes, so interested
hackers can take their turn at improving Dia.

-Lars is now waiting for the killer bug to turn up:)
