Dia nudge feature?

Dia does not appear to have a 'nudge' feature found in many
similar programs, where an object can be 'nudged' a small
distance on either the horizontal or vertical axes (normally
with the use of the cursor keys). Am I correct about this? If
so, I think it might be a useful feature to add (in my humble
opinion). It makes aligned objects much easier (i.e. it makes
moving a single object a bit easier since the align feature
isn't then necessary).
