I think it's output due to old gettext. those macros is
Whooops, <blushing> these macros indeed don't come from intltools.
included codeset.m4 and iconv.m4. I'm not sure from when
it was contained, at least 0.10.40 has it and 0.10.35
has not those files.
Hmmm. Aren't these files also provided by modern libc's ? After all, iconv()
and nl_langinfo(CODESET) are all declared by headers provided by libc,
aren't they ?
