win32 dia startup problem: LIBXML2.DLL

Hi there!

I heard about the dia program; an excellent solution for making my diagrams
for EPS! But... I am using win98 and I tried various versions of dia win32
installers and I still get the same error: it does not even start up dia. It
runs the dia.bat script, displays a "syntax error" and then comes with the
following fatal error:

I tried to do the set c:\home trick, but I think it has not very much to di
with it. I also tried to find more about this in FAQ's and PDF's but I
couldn't find anything. If I was not looking good enough: I really
apologise! 

Does the problem sounds familiar? Can anybody help me out?
