Using mail.gnome.org to send mail

mail.gnome.org was configured to be used by some people (not sure whom)
to allow relaying their email. Lately a lot of spam clients try and
authenticate. Due to a bug somewhere this is causing some stability
issues.

As the relaying of mail doesn't seem to be used, plus I am pretty sure
this was only setup for 1 or 2 users max, I've disabled it for now.

If you rely on this please say so and I'll look into a proper fix.
