GNOME 3.1.3 Development Release
=============================
The third development release of the 3.1 cycle is here, and things are
beginning to look interesting. If you want to get a first glance at some
of the new things coming in GNOME 3.2, you should check out the
new 'Online Accounts' panel in gnome-control-center, and marvel at how
evolution already picks up its account information from there. Also, you
don't want to miss the new gnome-contacts application.
This is still an early development release, and some things might be a
little rough; some people have had bluetooth-related build problems with
gnome-shell, and gnome-contacts requires a brandnew vala 0.13.1 to build.
To compile this release, you can the jhbuild [1] modulesets [2] (which
use the exact tarball versions from the official release):

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!
--------------------------
This release is a snapshot of development code. Although it is
buildable and usable, it is primarily intended for testing and hacking
purposes. GNOME uses odd minor version numbers to indicate development
status.

module lists, please see our colorful 3.1 page on the wiki:
