It's been great seeing this happen at the hands of interns at various
hackfests, but very few of them stick around. It was also a little
disenheartening last year to see work being done by two teams, in two
directions, with no overlap, at three successive events; members of both
teams didn't meet until GUADEC. Coordination would hopefully mean more
continuity in generating the content.
We need a project coordinator! :-) Volunteers! they don't really
need to know what the topic is, just the fact that they can coordinate
them.
