Maps gets a new maintainer

Hi,

Just to inform everyone that Maps[1] is now going to be co-maintained
by Jonas Danielsson. As part of the great Swedish conspiracy[2], he
has been doing amazing work lately on Maps, despite the very short
amount of time he gets to hack due to other responsibilities.
