One click doesn't sound too bad, but if it means launching a
gnome-control-center
app that takes 3+ seconds to pop-up, it might become... frustrating.
Help on profiling gnome-control-center's startup would be very
appreciated.
We've already gotten much better with 3.8, as we use GResources for UI
files, and making all the plugins builtin to the main binary (which
allowed us to stop parsing all the desktop files).
