In the next year or so I'd like to switch how tarballs and binaries are
uploaded. This is all "Blue Sky".

But basically people would use rsync + ssh to upload the tarball, then
execute a script to install it. This to remove the shell account stuff.

So if you could keep somewhat in mind that you might not have 'sftp' and
direct shell on master.go would be nice :)

To others: don't worry, I won't change things from one day to the next.
