However:
a) The Platform set clearly tells the Bindings what needs to be bound. 

b) As long as the release team don't follow their own rules about the
Bindings then the Bindings will not have the same prestige. Specific
examples not mentioned here to avoid distraction.

c) Throwing them all into one big module set won't make the distros any
more likely to package them with the same amount of love.
