I won't get it out today as I am experiencing a bug using vapigen in
folks (the library that is now used to bring support for metacontacts
in Empathy), and others can't reproduce it; also this may give the
extra time needed to get a gnome-applets ported to d-bus release out.

Anyway I already published a preview moduleset, available at
  http://people.gnome.org/~fpeters/release-team/2.31.90/

Please give it a try if you have some time.
