I've fixed almost everything I could find, with the following
exceptions:
ERROR: contacts.doap is not valid:
doap:category property should be one of the standard GNOME categories
ERROR: dates.doap is not valid:
doap:category property should be one of the standard GNOME categories
ERROR: devilspie.doap is not valid:
doap:category property should be one of the standard GNOME categories
ERROR: libgconf-bridge.doap is not valid:
doap:category property should be one of the standard GNOME categories
ERROR: tasks.doap is not valid:
doap:category property should be one of the standard GNOME categories
All of these repositories use custom category URLs instead of the
standard GNOME categories.

That seemed to work.
http://git.gnome.org/repositories.doap will now only contain non-pending
repositories. Further, finish-import will only clear the pending flag if
the DOAP file has a valid syntax.
