Richard Hughes has already ported the battery handling of Tracker to
DeviceKit-power. It's used if available, otherwise HAL is used. The
volume handling of Tracker has not been ported to DeviceKit-disks yet,
though, so we still depend on HAL for that.

Work for integration with Zeitgeist is ongoing, some more information
about this is available in various blog posts by Seif[1].
