the minimum d-bus version has been bumped from 1.0.2 to 1.1.2 on the ExternalDependencies wiki page and in the jhbuild moduleset. (long story: carlos released gnome-system-tools and liboobs 2.21.3, which depend on s-t-b 2.5.4, which needs experimental dbus 1.1.2.
