l33ting it doesn't help protect you much either.  It makes a dubious
long-shot trademark infringement into a libel/defamation claim...  At
the end, it's whose pocket is deeper, and it sure can't be you.

Now we've used up our share of Friday bulls*** on d-d-l before it's even
