Yes, but admin tools aren't useful to Corporate User Joe either. Only
his Administrator, Alan is going to get any use out of these tools. Joe
will only wonder why the lock-down tool is locked down.

When I suggest a administration suite. It implies that it is a set of
tools we endorse, but perhaps should not be installed by default, since
they're not useful to most people. It is worth noting that such tools
also require a different level of documentation, as Administrators want
more nitty, gritty details than most other users.
