This is a bit inaccurate. Their framework will not be agnostic in the
sense that it do allow people to use something else if they want, but
they do plan on making something the default. Current consensus points
towards going with GStreamer as their default. Choosing a default
soundserver could also be part of that too, even if GStreamer allows
them to be agnostic. Just as using GStreamer in libgnome will make GNOME
agnostic, but that doesn't necessarily mean we will not
recommend/default to a specific soundserver.
