Being loaded at runtime is irrelevant. libc is load at runtime, gtk is
loaded at runtime....
They are clearly derivative of evolution, but you'd need to ask a lawyer
about the reverse. Clearly a commercial product can opt not to ship
them, like the old gweather code and other stuff in ancient evolution.
