A surprising number of people use the drawers. I think there isn't
another way to have large numbers of launchers.
The panel menu does a good job of presenting mulitple launchers. Maybe
allowing customised menus would be a good replacement for drawers? The
main difference between menus and drawers is that you can only really
put launchers in a menu. Is there anyone who uses drawers to hold
actual applets?
