Well maybe it my tone was like it was because I am a little dissapointed
about what Gnome desktop is right now as RC1 release.
I worked with linux about a year ago and then switched back to windows.
And because I have a broadband connection right now I installed RH9 and
Gnome RC1 and I really don't like a state in which it is...
I thought that development will be in a higer level...
But to my surprise file selector is still under development, nautilus
still lacks a lot of functionality etc... etc... old crap.
I thought that it was enough time to resolve these problems and to do
something really better, and there is more - I see a lot of
_regression_, especially I don't understand why gnome-panel is so poor
(a lot of settings removed..) etc. etc...
And well I don't want to start a flame war or pointless criticism, so I
started to work and report bugs, and started a work on alternative build
system for gnome (well not only for gnome) which will be released soon.
