Ctrl-Alt-Tab (to panel)
F10 (to applications menu)
Up, Down, Left or Right (to menu item)
Shift-F10 (menu context menu)
Down (to 'Add this launcher to panel')
Enter (actually does it)

Keyboard navigation! :-)
