Cast one vote for Wonderland as the default GTK theme.

Mist is my personal favorite theme of all time :), but I think 
Wonderland is a better default.  Of the art.gnome.org themes you 
mentioned, I'd like to see Mist, Wonderland, and Thinice included with 
gnome.
