	Why bother hacking gconf ? why not just patch the app itself to ignore
the 'locked down' advisory from the config system.

	It's not for security; it's so Sysadmins can stop clueless people doing
stuff on their machines[1].



[1] - and then flash their own machine with a different desktop
background (!) on it around, to make themselves feel good ;-)
