notebook tab mnemonics

Hi,

I don't remember a final decision on this, but the HIG says no
mnemonics on notebook tabs. So I'm taking them out of gnome-terminal
now. If someone wants them back, the HIG needs changing by tomorrow's
UI freeze. ;-) I'm not changing them again without a HIG change.

Some of the control center dialogs violate the HIG here, btw.
