I'm all for it. If there are more people interested in maintaining 1.4.x
please come forward now. I think the 1.4.1 release is going to be very
good from a stability point of view and it could very well be that many
users will want to continue using it for some time still.
Not to steal any of 2.0's thunder, but I think we should try to support
it as long as it's the main platform for most of the distros that ship
GNOME.
