Hello,

Maybe I am reading this incorrectly. Let's assume there is a super stable module
somewhere. You could potentially have a new version of a module that's was exactly
the same as the previous version? Lets say a distro developed as patch for
2.2 -> 2.4, if a module hasn't changed there should be no need to update it?
