Hey Shahms,
Yup, you're perfectly right, there is still a large amount of
inconsistancy....It's my personal goal to make sure that we start
putting some time into a UI/String/Accessibility Review during a given
release cycle. We're not going to solve this stuff overnight - but
hopefully in the long run we'll get there...[1]
The first step seems to be getting the HIG out and then trying to stir
up interest in maintainers getting their apps reviewed - I guess another
problem is them accepting the advice they are given ;)
