After I saw this discussion, I made mono 1.1.13.6 ebuild myself, and I
tested beagle-live handler on mono 1.1.13.6. Obviously, beagle on mono
1.1.13.6 need less memory than on mono < 1.1.13.5. However, if test is
long, huge memory usage problem is like before.
Although I don't know python, I looked at some deskbar-applet handlers.
The yahoo handler has delay code that do not query before timeout. Is
there delay code in beagle-live handler? Why don't you add delay code to
beagle-live handler? Because too many queries occur while a user is
inputting keywords, the problem may possibly bring out.
