I just committed some more fixes to the mono bindings in dbus, and I've
tested it successfully against 1.0.5, 1.1.2, and 1.1.3.  (The last being
the one that was causing the most problems)

So for maximum compatibility with all the mono versions, you need to be
running CVS HEAD dbus.  I'm hoping to do a dbus tarball release soon
with the fixes.

As for the rest of the issues, I've updated the wiki with some more
strict versions.
