updated inotify kernels

Inotify-equipped kernel version 2.6.8-727.inotify.1 is available. These
grand-unification kernels (GUK) work on SUSE 9.1, 9.2, NLD9, and SLES9.

The only change over 2.6.8-727.inotify.0 is fixing a bug in move events
that J.T. has witnessed and now confirms as fixed.
