Remaining Items for 0.3.2

Hey Guys,
Today I added the remaining features to 0.3.2 that I think are needed for the release.
* i8n support: Conduit can now be translated
* Autostart support (conduit can now start with the session)
Can everyone please test if these things behave correctly, do some final testing, otherwise I will go ahead and release 0.3.2 and evo-python 0.0.2 tomorrow.
