Thanks for this great contribution. We hope to see more of those in the future.
I've just committed your work  with some minor changes (mostly due to
updates we did to the UI) to SVN.

BTW you might want to try out jhbuild http://live.gnome.org/Jhbuild to
build GNOME apps like cheese from SVN that way you have access to the
latest code and can also directly see how your manual looks like

Daniel,

Can you commit updated screenshots (I saw that you are working on one
on ddl) for the manual in the figures directory when you have them.
