But that is CORBA only in the most literal sense of the word. By
mandating that every client and server suddenly has to have a vCard
parser, it becomes a lot more difficult to use CORBA to script things.
Ideally, the CORBA interfaces should be useful for non-gnome apps as
well. This step makes that harder.
