I almost went to bed with commit notification half-broken and untested
but no, I resisted, and now it is working.

Tomorrow I will probably add a jhbuildbot_svncommits_maildir_location
configuration variable, so it is not necessary to edit master.cfg
(mostly because it is a pain to have my local change in it).

Also waterfall views now lists all changes, even those unrelated to
the displayed module.  Need to look into that.
