   Hi!

During debugging, I needed a way to delete a chunk from a bsewave file.  Since
bsewavetool had no such command, I've implemented it and updated the manual
page. It supports the usual selection mechanism (by frequency, midi-note,
chunk-key or all chunks).

The code can be merged from:
