[Banshee-List] Issues importing playlist and ratings from iTunes

Hello,

I tried searching to answer this question but couldn't find any responses
for my particular problem. If one exists, please point me in the right
direction.

I recently imported my iTunes music library into Banshee. I imported the
.xml file and after it completed, none of the correct information had been
imported.

None of my smart playlists were imported, my "dumb" playlists were but they
were empty. Some songs received ratings, but none of them were songs that
had been previously rated by me.

I also tried to export playlists from iTunes and saved the .txt files. Those
are visible when I go to import media from folders, but greyed out and
unselectable. When I try to import playlists in Banshee, I can't see any
files.
