[Banshee-List] Full Sync

I use Banshee on Ubuntu to sync my music with my Android phone, but I'm
having a problem. Banshee always does a full sync, instead of just syncing
the changes that have occurred in my library. This makes for some very long
sync times. Is there a way to fix this?
