[Banshee-List] Banshee is converting mp3 when sync

Hi, I'm trying to sync a Nokia Lumia 920 (Windows Phone 8), but Banshee
decides that it wants to reencode all the files to Waveform.

In the device property window, i can only select between Waveform PCM and
Ogg Vorbis

Windows Phone 8 does not support any of the available formats, so how do I
get Banshee to sync without converting anything?
