If you have Banshee installed, you dont need to install it again or add
additional PPA, you need only upgrade. It is done the same way you were
installing it.
To do so, open terminal a type:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install banshee
Banshee should be upgraded to newest version.  After installation is done,
open your unity panel and type banshee, it could appear in the menu, click
on the icon and your are ready to go.
