Thanks, the interface does work very well with a touch screen, but the thing
I learnt from my first version was that there are too many times when you
really just want a keyboard and mouse, hence why this time I have attached a
fairly compact keyboard with integrated touch-pad.

I have absolutely no idea how much work a 'live cd' entails, but if I knew
how I'd definitely attempt it as I believe it would be well worth the
effort.
