I'm pretty happy to see the regular UI worked out for a touch screen
interaction.
If you have any issues, suggestions or anything we can help you with,
don't hesitate to ask here or file bugs.

I've never heard anything about a Banshee live CD, but that would be a
great thing to have.
And I guess a tool like http://susestudio.com/ would be helpful to
build it. I played around with it a while back, trying to create a
minimal "Banshee OS", but I didn't have time to really look into it.
