It was actually a mistake on my side, sorry about that. I initially
ran `gmake dist` without YouTube and AppleDevice dependencies, which
made the tarball. Later `gmake distcheck` complained about those,
because it builds the default configuration. I should have deleted the
tarball after installing the necessary dependencies, apparently `gmake
distcheck` doesn't re-created it.

I will keep that in mind for future releases.
