[Banshee-List] disable extensions via an editor

I know there is a way of doing this, but don't know the file to edit

If you have a problem with one of the extensions crashing banshee, the
standard way of enabling/disabling extensions via the tab isn't
available/possible as banshee crashes long before you get to that tab.

I know there is (or at least there was) a way of just editing one of the
files, but can't remember which one.
