[Banshee-List] Mint 12 won't update to Banshee 2.4.1

I've installed the ppa and updated my repositories and I have run the update
and even uninstalled and re-installed banshee and I still get version 2.2.0.
I just get "banshee is already the newest version." When I run the update
command. Anything I can do to get this to work and update.
