Initially I was trying to build from SharpDevelop using MS .NET. After
failing, I went to the supplied batch file from which I have attached the
output. 

I don't currently have Mono installed - however I don't think this is the
issue. If you look at the bottom of the file I attached in the previous post
you can see the errors I'm getting. It looks like I'm missing something -
possibly a namespace import, or a library - something like that.
