[Banshee-List] My Music Library Is Messed Up

I have been loading my CD Music library into Banshee.  I have a couple
problems but my most pressing problem is that some of the Albums are missing
songs and in some cases Artists are missing entire Albums.  I tried Tools >
Rescan Music Library and that may have been where my problems started.  I am
running Banshee 2.0.0 on Mythbuntu 11.04.   Not much else on the system. 
Any ideas?
