I have looked into that IP a bit further and it seems to be a winamp
specific site. There might be a URL for that, but I'm not sure:
scweb-ntc0l-1.shoutcast.com
I don't know if that's any better...
I assume it is a shoutcast server operating on version1 compatibility mode.
